The passing year of M.Sc and B.Ed are same. Are both of the degrees valid?

I completed M.Sc (2019-2021) with two backlogs each in 3rd and 4th semester and enrolled for B.Ed in 2021. I cleared the backlogs in 2022. I also completed B.Ed in 2022.
