The percentile score for my JEE Mains is 84. Is it compulsory for me to write SRMJEE to get admission?

Yes, you have to write the exam. It is mandatory to take admission in SRM.

It is not compulsory, but if you will give I think there will be some rebate in fee structure. Once go through SRMJEE portal and have a look of criteria. http://www.srmuniv.ac.in/admission-india/adm-procedure/all-about-srmjeee

Yes, SRM preferably allows students who get merit rank through srmjee. You don't have to display your JEE scores. In case you fail to qualify the SRMJEE you have to take your admission through management quota which will be costly for you.

Yes, SRMJEE is mandatory for admission in B.Tech programs at SRM IST. However, top 1000 ranks students of JEE-Main will be directly admitted in SRM-IST.
