Here is the course-wise eligibility criteria of DAVV CET 2020:

B.Pharma (4 years)Class 12 pass with Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology and English with minimum 50% marks

No, General Knowledge questions won't be asked in the exam but general aptitude might come in the exam and you must have proper practice for that and if you have solved even some of the logical reasoning questions then I am pretty sure that you would nail it. Best of luck.
