Most of the western countries support gender equality and have clear rules on equal opportunities for women, therefore you may not face any difficulty in student visa processing because of gap years due to pregnancy.

It depends on the visa officer. He has the authority to approve or reject your visa application. If you are true and can justify your gap years, you will have no difficulty.
