There is a quota of 85% for AP and Telangana. Does this apply for B.Arch (SSS) as they are self sponsored?

Because B.Arch SSS is self supporting structure course. The course fee is high in comparison to B.Arch General,
So, the state quota will be applicable for both types of courses as per rules.
