There is a screening process in interview what is exactly that ?

Hii parth. In our college St Kabir Institute Of Professional Studies there are 3 level of screening process for a candidate. Firstly it is the group discussion and a speech delivery by a candidate. In both process your confidence level and your knowledge related to the subject will be checked. About Speech delivery, a topic will be given to you on previous note so that u can be wellprepared for it to speak up for atleast 3 to 5 mins. The second around is academic interview. In this you will be questioned about your past or pursuing academic knowledge. The clear concept of your academics will easily clear this round of interview. And lastly its a personal interview of a candidate. In this round your personal background will be acknowledged. Thus clearing all this rounds of interviews you will be selected for the admission in the college. I believe, the information provided is sufficient to understand the process of screening.
