There is any issue on IGNOU university ? ijust want to know is what is that issue and is that affect on my course ?
My 3rd sem practical exam result is not yet declared . there is only one messeage shown i.e It shall be subjected to any further orders of the Hon'ble High Court in LPA 755/2013 and in other pending appeals and that it would not create any special equity in favour of the students or collaborator .

The issue is as follows
Being an open university it does not have authority to affiliate any college or to collaborate with them to offer courses
Due to high bribery and corruption of ex VC they violated its own Act and UGC guideline
You have to wait till high Court gives final verdict
