Yes, maths is an important subject in astrophysics. You need to be well versed with calculations which will also involve maths.

Yes, there is maths as the course is a combination of physics and other subjects where you'll study about astronomy.

If you are asking this kind of question, probably you haven't even read about astrophysics. I would say that astrophysics consists of 95% maths as its name suggests.
