There're lot of exams in MBA like CAT, XAT & MAT,. Which one should I choose to prepare? I'm confused as they might have different syllabus.

Nothing to worry about it. CAT stands for Common Admission Test. It is for IIMs and tier 1 campus like Symbiosis, IITs, some private and autonomous campuses as well. AIMA does not release any rank or percentile list of test takers, as MAT has multiple attempts and it is not an annual exam.
