Dear Abhishek, no it is not the fake University. SGVU is a self finance state University vide Suresh Gyan Vihar University Jaipur Act 2008 (Act no. 16 of 2008).
University Grant Commission has released it's approval for establishment of SGVU and empowered to award degrees under section 22 of UGC Act
