Hi Karan,
To get into B.Tech programme you need to sit for various Entrance Examinations like AIEEE or other state level entrance examinations. It would be difficult to get into decent Engineering Colleges with this percentage I would suggest you to try with some Institutes like Jaypee, Apeejay etc
