Dear Krishna, MS degree is offered by USA/UK/Canada universities. IIT offers M.Tech. For IIT, you will have to appear in GATE examinations held every year during second Saturday of February month. For MS you will have to appear in GRE and TOEFL which are held throughout the year and are on line exam
