    For MBA or PGDM course, one needs to have a minimum of 3 year graduation or Diploma.

    Dear Meet, MBA & PGDM both require 3 years degree course as eligibility so you can't pursue them based on 10+2, not withstanding your experience. My suggestion is that instead youy pursue a degree of your choice through distance learning mode from institutions like IGNOU, JNU or SMU.
