1.Doing be final year with 35 backlogs but cleared all. 2.86 % in 12th and 80% in 10th. How to get a good university in germany for ms?

It is good that you have cleared all your back log. you have not mentioned you are BE in what stream. If mechanical you can try in Germany. However it is very difficult to get in Germany because of bag log. However you can try if your over all percentage is over 75%. If this is not , then don't wa
