There are lots of good Universities in Canada. You can check the rankings of the Universiies online. You will require a 4 year Undergraduate Degree with required CGPA varying from University to University. You may also be asked to produce recommendation letters and an English Testing Exam such as the TOEFL or IELTS. Please providel your major so that relevant information can be given accordingly.
