This was my 3rd drop in NEET with 420+ score. Can I get admission in a govt. college for any course with lowest fee?

I am from Bihar in OBC category.

    For getting government college with state quota one needs 450+ score. Getting government college with 420 marks is difficult but you can get a private college easily.
