This year I came to Pune to live, and I a am not able to understand in which college I sholud get the admission for B.Tech in CS.

I am a 12th passed out student and i have dropped 1 year. There is not any issue of fees. Only i want to get the best college for my future.I have applied for mhtcet but ia am not sure i will pass it, so please help in getting me the best college by the direct admission process also ,will be good.
