Several collages are still taking admessions such as lpu, upes etc. without management quata so u can try there or another option is to prepare for jee mains 2017. -
No need to worry about that dear. If you have not appeared for any colleges but still you can take admission in India's top most universities at a pocket friendly fee structure.

Hi,
The only option is through management quota in India or else try for B.Tech abroad, if you have sufficient resources.
