This year, my rank is 10054 in OBC category. Can I get IHM, Bhopal in 1st round? Last two years' 1st round cut-offs are 11779 and 12223.

Your rank is good, and you have some chances of getting this college in the first round what if you don't get in the first round, I think you should try for the second round.
