This year NIT, Warangal admission process is over then am I eligible for NIT, Warangal with this score card for next year?

No, that is not possible. You have to appear for JEE Mains once again next year to get your seat next year.

You do can apply with same score card to different colleges but not NIT, Warangal. If you will check the admission criteria of NIT- Warangal, you will see that they are clearly mentioning that the applicant should have appeared in MAT exam of September or after that. Different colleges have different criteria this is one of the criteria of NIT Warangal. Don't worry friend. Still, you can apply for MNIT, Jaipur this year with this score card. Refer the website of MNIT Jaipur.
