    No, only JEE Mains qualified students will be able to attend the counselling. However, you can approach any other private colleges with your JEE Mains score.

    No, those who didn't qualify for JEE Mains aren't eligible to attend counselling. You can go with other private institutes if you haven't cleared JEE Mains. For colleges and their eligibility you can check Shiksha page for information.
