Thousands of MBA jobs available, But thousands of MBA graduates unemployed? Why?

I looked at Naukri.com and searched by MBA Fresher HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations etc. and found that there may be more than 30,000 vacant jobs listed just on Naukri.com. Yet adding up, I would say that this problem is common to all fields of study, be it B.Tech, MBA or any other stream.
