To get a job in any sector you need to be a graduate from a recognized university (UGC / AICTE) and clear the required entrance test.

yes UGC approved degree is valid in govt job but B tech degree is not by distance mode

every technical degree and diploma must be AICTE approved otherwise there may be great problem in future and in finding govt job.
