    The TISSNET score does carry weightage in the final selection process for admissions to TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences). However, the weightage of TISSNET score in the final selection varies for different programs. For most programs, the weightage of TISSNET score is around 40-50%, while the weightage of PI. (Pre-Interview Test) and PI Personal Interview is around 50-60%. However, for some programs, such as the M.A. In Human Resource Management and Labour Relations, the weightage of TISSNET score is higher (around 70%) than the weightage of PI. And PI.
