To be a QC manager in FDA, what course should i take after completion of B.Pharmacy? Analytical chemistry or research or any other

I am from Myanmar(Burma) and i completed B.pharm of here. Now, i am interested to study in india( Banglore) and i want to be a QC manager or Technical specialist at FDA.So, which university is the best and which course should i take.? The most i interest is in nutritional parts and quality control.
