To be as a Robotic engineer what degree one must hold to secure better placement at a hi-tech companies?

Robotic is a multi dicipilanary branch where both concepts and understanding of Mechanical, embedded Electronics and programming is required. Generally students do either BTech Mechanical or Electronics and then do MS/ MTech in Robotic Engineering.
