To become an animator which is the best course at Bachelors level and then at Masters level ? BSc Animation or BA Animation

Difference between BSc and BA in Animation. Or shall i go for BFA. I think there is no training in animation programs in BFA. To Become the best in film animation which course is the best suited for me. I could draw also and have a lot of interest in graphics designing and creative designing
