To complete the degree at this age, how to proceed with

Having work experience in middle management in Banking for 10 years out of total 27 years of service in one of the top nationalised Banks. Passed degree with second class. In case I complete part time MBA will I get good job with good salary as my salary during VRS last year was Rs.50,000/- PM
