Hi Rini,
To pursue BCA the minimum eligibility is to be a 12th pass with Maths as a subject in the same. There is no such requirement to be a B.Com pass out so to pursue BCA. As for the question of pursuing two degree courses simultaneously, it is not considered valid as per the education system an
