To do MBA later, what should i do for UG - BBA or bcom?

You can choose any. If you can score good in 12th try b. Com. Else bba colleges as they consider entrance exam score. -
You should choose as per your interest. But BBA is logical predecessor of MBA so it would obviously be a reasonable choice.
Things to take care are colleges where you take admission, Look for IIM's, LPU, Symbiosis etc. You may get placement opportunities after BBA at Symbiosis and LPU: and then after a relevant experience you can apply for MBA in countries like USA, Canada, China, Japan etc. where experience is must for applying MBA.
There also are options for integrated 4 year programs BBA+MBA where you can save one precious year of Life. -
