To earn more in biotechnology we should opt fr degree engineering course or MSc shall be okay?

I have scored a 58%in HSC board. a 64marks in JEE entrance test and a 100in AIPMT exam. 79 in MH-CET exam. i want to have a good salary so i should go with engineering in biotechnology or MSc will do?
