To enquire about NFTC.

Hi, I am a BE civil student in VTU Karnataka.I took addmission in the year 2009 and for health reason i was forced to take a break.Now for the year 2011-2012 I am in 1st year giving my back papers of the year 2009 ie.1st semester. I want 2 know what does rule of NFTC say in my case
