To get admission in B.Arch colleges do we need 50% marks overall in 12th hai or 50 % marks in pcm. Like I've got 66 % hai.

If you have 50% marks in physics, chemistry and maths then you can take admission at any of the branch in most of the colleges.

To get admission in Bachelor of architecture the student must have minimum 50% marks along with the compulsory subject of mathematics. The eligibility criteria of most of the colleges for B.Arch is as under except NITs and IITs. Eligibility criteria: 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% marks along with the compulsory subject of mathematics. Hence, you needs overall aggregate marks of 10+2 instead of PCM.
