to get btech degree

Hi myself Deepak, telecom engineer, i cant able to complete my MSC electronic Sc due to one paper not cleared, all chances to give exam over, now no chances, but i want to take a degree, can i get any advantage of that MSC and BSc to get Btech or any other equivalent degree in short time . pls help

m confused wat u want to ask???? but still i want to help u..c der is far difference btween BE n B TECH...be u can apply in any engineering college near by u but b tech is offered by only some gud institutions in wich u can apply after appearing in national level ntance examinations
