To get into FMS, only the CAT percentile matters or your whole academic performance like 10th, 12th and graduation?

Candidates receive a call for GD/PI based on their CAT percentile. Besides the cat score, candidates need to have a threshold percentage in graduation (stated below) in order to be eligible for admission to FMS.
Graduate in Arts/Commerce/Social Sciences - 50%,
Sciences - 55%,
Maths/Stats/Engineer
