To get job in Airlines, what should I do?

I am a 10+2 qualified person who wants to do a job in any airlines in India.

after 10 or 12 education you can join any of the academy which will train u in proper way at one profession. after tat u can join airlines. first you have to decide yourself in which field you want to go. as there are many fields in airline industry. you just go through the Google and find some info
