    First of all, complete your graduation (B.Sc. in Chemistry)and enrolled for PG course then you are eligible for appearing for CSIR NET exam in Result awaited category. you will get your CSIR NET qualifying certificate after submission of your M.Sc. mark sheet. http://csirhrdg.res.in/notification_main_dec2017.pdf
