To know whether doing Master of Arts in Master International Management (MIM) in germany a good option for my career

Sir, I hve completed my BE with 6.4 cgpa from Anna University. I have heard abt Master of Arts in MIM course in Germany. I dont have GMAT at present. I know one private university IUBH there. Is that a good choice? Will MIM help me to get a job in management steam. What is the present job market sir
