To what extent does the UG college in India matters for admission at top universities for MS or MBA?

It is advantageous to pursue under graduation from top Indian colleges for seeking admission in MBA or MS abroad. For example, if two candidates have a similar profile then, student of SRCC- Delhi University may have more probability of getting admission over some unknown college.
