The Tier 1 in public educators is taken by IITs, NITs, PEC etc. In Private educators by BITs, VIT, LPU and Thapar etc. While the rankings and all these things look fancy, we need to SEE if the university has developed the curriculum in consultation with the industry, has cutting edge technology trai
