TOEFL is mandatory to join MBA in Part time or Distance?

For Bangalore campus TOEFL is mandatory.. as we have MBA MS Degree , where the MS is awarded by the University of Buffalo.

Eligiblity Criteria Track Record of 50% in Board and Graduation Examinations. Track Record of 60% in Board and Graduation Examinations and a minimum IBT-TOEFL score of 79 is required for students who are aspiring for Bengaluru campus (MBA - MS Program). Valid CAT scores in November / December 2010
