Top 10 colleges under DU offering BTech in Computer Science

I know this is the first time that DU has started B tech courses . I would like to get some info regarding the previous reputation of the colleges and the placement opportunities .Also is Btech from DU better than same from UPTU. My UPSEE 2013 rnk is 8392(general) and cbse class XII 91.8%.
