"Well, Any institue will be good based on it's services as well as recognition. One such university known to me is Mahatma Gandhi University which has got accreditations like UGC, AICTE and even DEC. My sister is pursuing BCA from this university and she is satisfied by the good computer based tutorials provided and classes given by the faculty.
