My jee mains score is 54 and belong to obc category and secured 81 percent in 12 from cbse board in delhi.my ipu cet rank is 28894.which govt college i might get with jee score and college may i get under ip university

PCM aggregate 93.67%
I am a keralite (Kerala)

This is in regard to the normalization procedure declared by CBSC , I am not against the procedure but we find it unfair as the detailed procedure has not given us anytime to adjust the preparation. Please help us by taking our voice to mass audience and CBSC for the current year.
Technically , for this year either the JEE board should use the old pattern or should take the simple weight age of 60 and 40 as declared earlier.
Would you help us in getting us our right.

Gen,uttar pradesh, jee main marks 143 and cbse board % :86%,which colleges i can get,which college i have to apply other then main counselling,also i have got 2900 uptu 2013 rank,in which college should i take admission?
