Top Colleges or Top branches?

The main so called confusion that always erupted to all most every aspirants who had given various entrances and may not eligible to get the top notch branches in any reputed colleges,that what we should choose.Any reputed colleges with non preferable branches? or any average colleges with top notch

I would say you should choose top college rather than top branch.

A good college matters much more than a good branch. Most of the times you can avail same facilities as those top branch students. So it's any day better to choose a top college.

Top colleges is basically IIT and some of the private university. Top branch is now computer Science engineering.

Depends on person to person. Some students want to do a certain engineering so they should go for the branch that they like. But for students who aren't decided, they should opt for top college.
