I would recommend National Council for Hotel Management NCHMCT institutes (Ministry of Tourism, Govt of India) - appear for JEE, conducted every year.almost all institutes are good but among them (could be a topic of debate but its individual choice) IHM Bangalore, IHM Mumbai, IHM Delhi, IHM Kolkata
