As for scholarships, there is a least possibility for students to get a scholarship. Though the education in Germany is govt. funded but not management programs, though there is a possibility that you might have to give a minimal fee. One of the organisations that you can approach for scholarships is DAAD, which is a German govt. approved organisation and have their offices in various cities in India. Hope this helps.
