The average fee range is 8lacs to 25 lacs for 4years for computer Science B.Tech including the hostel. It all depends upon the college administration.

It can't be told lyk that, atleast you should mention the college, weather it's government. Or private, it can't be told for whole 4 year, becuz there are many scholarship schemes you can also try for that, all the best. Normally for private college it could be 1.7 lack per year ,,,,,,,,, which means 6.8 lacks -
For B.Tech in computer Science varies from college to college. You are taking any private college then the fees could be range from 600000 to 18 Lacs asper ss the college. In case of any government college the fees depend on certain criteria eligibility scholarships etc. On an average the government college fees is around 400000 to Rs 8 Lacs for 4 years.

For private colleges, you can take it around Rs 4.5 to 5.5 LPA. For the entire 4 years' course it would work around Rs 18 to 25 lakh. However, for a government aided college it could be around Rs 5 to 8 Lacs for the entire course.
