Tough to find a job

Why is it so tough to find a job even when we have technical knowledge about them. Are there no vacancy?

I think you have some issues with your soft skills. Because many people have technical knowledge but have issues with soft skills. Try to improve your soft skills. There are institutes like edusharp or read self motivation or self development books. This will help you.

If a sportsman get qualified for the Olympics doesn't mean that he won the Gold Madel right? So how can everybody thinks that they got a degree so that they are now qualified for the JOB. Competition and lesser number of jobs than the qualified persons are the main reasons.
