Training and Certification for Voice and Accent Trainers

I am looking at pursuing a career in voice and accent training. I would like to acquire the appropriate skills and certification in order to help me with the same. What certification and training would i need and where can i get it? I am based in Goa so whatever options are closest are fine with me.
